Lottie has a hard time saying "no," and her charitable nature often results in her taking on far too many custom orders. Due to this, she has gained a bit of a reputation as an airhead, but the truth is she's just incredibly stressed! Lottie often pulls all-nighters, working on custom wedding cakes and birthday treats, resulting in her being a bit of a clutz. She is often extremely tired, dozing off at the registers of her bakery, or in the middle of conversations. Despite her frazzled and often aloof personality, Lottie is considered a genius at baking and a master of hearth magic.
